Culinary Operations Manager
At Food Factory Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and management, with the ability to lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our customers.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
