Electronics Product Development Specialist

BRIO is a dynamic and innovative organization that values expertise and creativity. We are seeking an experienced Electronics Product Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- EMS RFQ/NPI Processing: Our ideal candidate will process BOM and EQ system establishment with precision, ensuring seamless integration of components and materials.
- Material Sourcing and Verification: They will assist in confirming specifications for replacement materials, guaranteeing quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Sample Inspection and Verification: The successful candidate will inspect and verify sample materials at the sample stage, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- Drawing and BOM Confirmation: They will confirm drawings and BOMs during the sample trial-making stage, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving and Proofing: Our Electronics Product Development Specialist will follow up on proofing and solve problems in sample making, demonstrating their ability to think critically and work under pressure.
- Parts Recognition and FA Confirmation: They will be responsible for parts recognition and FA confirmation, special inspection point marking (non-standard), showcasing their knowledge of electronic devices and manufacturing processes.
- ECR/ECN/ECT Processing: The successful candidate will process ECR/ECN/ECT efficiently, ensuring smooth project execution and minimal downtime.
- Cause Analysis and Resolution: They will support cause analysis and resolution of non-conformities and abnormal problems in production, engineering, etc., demonstrating their analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Additional Tasks: Our Electronics Product Development Specialist will complete other tasks assigned by the leader, showcasing their adaptability and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Experience: More than 2 years of relevant job experience in electronics product development or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using software tools such as Dxp, Cam350, and office.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing process of EMS engineering products to understand the identification and electrical parameters of electronic devices.
