About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at KHENI INFOTECH LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.

Culinary Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

Inventory Management

Manage the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our customers.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our culinary operations.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
