Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Management Professional to join our team at OSMOWS Shawarma. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and make a real impact in the food service industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising food service staff and ensuring that quality control standards are consistently met. Key responsibilities include establishing work schedules, training staff on job duties and sanitation procedures, hiring food service staff, and maintaining records of stock and sales.

Key Tasks:

  • Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Train staff in job duties and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment and minimize risk.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team is in place.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation and build customer loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators, including sales, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

  • Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, this role will involve supervising 1-2 staff members.
  • The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
