At OMEGA ALUMINUM RAILING SYSTEM, we are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers.
  • Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Polish metal products to a mirror finish.

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
