Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MALISON CONTRACTING INC. SOUS-TRAITANCE MALISON INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Implement solutions to technical problems and provide training to users
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain technical knowledge and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Jira, Shell script, Linux, Unix, and other technical tools
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL
