Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Comfort Inn Valemount. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent service.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and manage payroll to ensure the department operates within budget.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that the department has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
