We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at CanGOLF. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare menus for daily service, ensuring that all dishes meet high culinary standards
- Cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to order, using fresh ingredients and precise techniques
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain high levels of performance and safety
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, and order necessary replacements as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of menu planning and preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- A competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
