Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator - Industrial Electrical to assist the Construction Director on our projects in Quebec. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing plans and bids, planning and organizing ongoing projects, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze plans and bids
  • Plan and organize ongoing projects
  • Coordinate project studies and documentation
  • Request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with technical files and drawings
  • Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Assist the Construction Director in project coordination
  • Prepare and update project schedules
  • Perform monthly cost tracking
  • Ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in project management in the industrial electrical or institutional sector
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge of MS Project (an asset)
  • Experience in industrial and institutional projects (an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal French skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (an asset)
