Human Resources and Operations Manager

As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating the activities of the HR department, and motivating staff to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department
- Motivate staff to achieve organizational goals
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage contracts and training and development strategies
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Advise senior management and respond to employee questions and complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
