Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in the Eastern GTA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Gemsys is a leading provider of cash automation solutions to retail customers across Canada, specializing in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), grocery, and large retail locations. Our focus on delivering next-generation cash management solutions has made us a trusted partner for operators in the QSR sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed defined targets in the eastern section of the GTA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and C-suite executives within larger organizations.
  • Promote Gemsys' products and services to key decision-makers, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, marketing) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the retail sector, with a strong focus on the QSR marketplace.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with cash automation solutions and the ability to articulate their benefits to clients.
What We Offer:
  • A highly competitive base salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission structure and bonus potential.
