Strategic Education Leader for Global High School Programs

About the RoleThis strategic role demands a seasoned professional with expertise in IB-Ontario education at the 9-12 level, preferably as a department head or lead teacher. Your extensive knowledge of IB and Ontario curriculum, teaching methodologies, and academic excellence will be invaluable in driving program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large-scale curriculum assessments strategies using grades data to inform instructional decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership and the curriculum team to create teacher and partner school support materials, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Manage grading guidelines updates and approvals in conjunction with the curriculum team, ensuring alignment with collected grading data.
- 3+ years of solid experience in IB-Ontario education at the 9-12 level, department head or lead teacher preferred (English/Social Sciences subjects).
- Extensive knowledge and experience in IB and Ontario curriculum, teaching and learning, with a professional methodology and mindset on academic excellence.
- Proficient skills in large-scale learning data analysis, insight development, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of teaching management and academic measurements in schools.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; University degree.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
