Job Title: Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support our legal team in various sectors, including Healthcare, Health Tech, Government, Non-Profits, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
  • Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  • Prepare for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings.
Requirements:
  • Paralegal diploma or equivalent legal education.
  • 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in legal research and case management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
