About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our team in Vancouver. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our customer success efforts and drive business growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing customer success teams, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive retention and revenue growth. They will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals using our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and revenue growth
  • Manage a team of customer success professionals to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Analyze customer data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience managing customer success teams in a SaaS or startup environment
  • Strong understanding of customer success strategies and their impact on business growth
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $130,000 CAD per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of your base salary.
