We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team at Shoeless Joe's Kemptville. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties
- Participate in special events with enthusiasm and excitement; manage large groups professionally
- 100% compliance to Shoeless Joe's Service Program
- Demonstrate excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Build sales through upselling and suggestive selling; act on opportunities to build guest relationships
- Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation
- Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
- Company and Legislative compliance
- Smart Serve Certified
Requirements:
- Experience in the service industry
- Experience serving tables in restaurants
- Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.20
