Fruit and Vegetable Harvesting Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Fruit and Vegetable Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Rajinder Boora/ Sukhvir Singh D/o Lidhar Farm. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for harvesting a variety of fruits and vegetables, including apples, asparagus, bell peppers, cherries, cucumbers, garlic, melons, orchard fruit, strawberries, sweet corn, tomatoes, and zucchinis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
  • Grade vegetables and fruits according to size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch high prices in the market
  • Hand harvest vegetables
  • Pack fruits and vegetables
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Sort fruits and vegetables
  • Harvest crops
Work Environment:

Our farm is located in a rural area, and we offer staff accommodation. Relocation costs are covered by the employer. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, and the job requires physical demands, including standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
