Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LBMX. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their technical needs and configuring our applications to meet those needs.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, leveraging your knowledge of our PIM, payment, and eCommerce solutions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Salesforce.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and problem-prevention skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
