Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Loan Fulfillment Specialist to join our national team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, consistent, and accurate delivery of loan maintenance and administration, enabling the optimized processing and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process various loan administration activities to customer accounts with attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
- Evaluate and maintain the integrity of loan information, adhering to policies and procedures while achieving high standards of service and quality.
- Develop strong relationships and provide support and direction to internal partners and external contacts.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in business or commerce, combined with at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
- Solid knowledge of mortgages, lending processes, security, banking, and loan products.
- A systematic approach to tasks with a focus on quality, service, and accuracy.
What We Offer:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $52,879 - $71,543, plus an opportunity to earn a performance-based incentive. The position is designated bilingual, requiring proficiency in both English and French.
