Operational Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operational Logistics Coordinator to join our team at FEI International Express Halifax Ltd. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. They will develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and train workers in duties and policies.
A key responsibility of this role is to establish work schedules and procedures, while also arranging training for staff and reviewing work assignments. Strong attention to detail is required to maintain a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field. A college/CEGEP education is required, and the ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability. As a team player, they will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
