Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing materials
  • Develop engaging and compelling content for social media, website, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
  • Manage and grow Northside Auto Group's social media presence by creating and curating content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring trends
  • Analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, and community outreach activities
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue booking, equipment rental, and staffing, to ensure successful events
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Assist in analysing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain marketing databases, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
  • Experience using CANVA
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software
