About the Role

Solid Transport Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Manage Workloads: Oversee the workloads of our transportation teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Dispatch and Coordinate: Dispatch personnel as required, utilizing our advanced dispatching equipment to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Track and Manage Shipments: Keep accurate records of shipments, ensuring that all goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Provide Customer Support: Respond to urgent calls from customers, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Schedule and Coordinate Activities: Schedule assignments and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
