Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the receiving and delivery of finished products in a timely manner, ensuring minimal delays and optimal inventory levels.
- Utilize warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns to minimize loading time and maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring that daily sales needs are met while minimizing warehouse and production costs.
- Provide exceptional service to the sales department, communicating effectively and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on employee relations, hiring, training, and communication to drive business results.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all housekeeping and safety standards and training.
- Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help the facility meet annual operating plan goals.
- Administer policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Excel comprehension.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, lead a team-based approach to decision making, and work in a results-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop others, and effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.
