Millwright Technician

We are looking for an experienced Millwright Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure peak operating condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate various industrial machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to prescribed tolerances.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on plant production and other related equipment using a variety of tools and machinery.
• Monitor and respond to signs of malfunction in machinery, perform troubleshooting, and schedule routine preventative maintenance.
• Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions and report findings using eMaint software and tablet.
• Schedule and perform routine service for each piece of equipment and read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification, or installation of machinery.
• Work effectively with other team members and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and tools is required. A valid Certificate of Qualification in the Industrial Millwright trade (433A) is mandatory. Additionally, welding experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, as well as industrial machine repair skills, are essential.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
