As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
We are looking for someone who is able to work in English and is available to work 30 hours per week. If you are currently legally able to work in Canada and have previous experience in this field of employment, we encourage you to apply.
