Job Summary

The Director, Disability Management Quality And Training, will oversee interprofessional staff consisting of operating room registered nurses, anesthesia assistants, techs, and other healthcare professionals. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary leadership and operational management for clinical areas and multigenerational/interprofessional teams.
  • Ensure excellence in patient care, corporate objectives, and a healthy workplace that maximizes team potential.
  • Perform planning and operations responsibilities, quality management, and special projects that support organizational goals.
Requirements

This role requires:

  • Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Nursing or recognized equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant experience in nursing leadership, advanced practice, or similar position.
  • Theoretical and practical experience in adult education.
Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range: $120,000-150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
