Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the LCBO. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and promoting our products in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage with customers, sharing product knowledge and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote products and drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
