About the Role

Clios Account Executive, Velocity team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Velocity territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building with law firms in your assigned territory.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into sales through phone, email, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage sales activities using Salesforce and accurately forecast monthly sales pipeline.
  • Take ownership of your territory and manage the sales cycle for all inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met with Clios product offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt your sales strategy to position Clio best in your territory.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including closing deals.
  • Minimum 1 year of SaaS, full-cycle sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success developing and managing both an inbound and outbound pipeline effectively.
  • Experience preparing and taking the lead on product demonstrations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
  • Self-motivated, creative, organized, and process-oriented.
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav, or similar is a plus.
About Clio

Clio is a global leader in the legal technology industry, transforming the legal experience for all. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $59,800 to $74,800 to $89,800 CAD, and a commission range of $52,000 to $61,200 to $70,400 CAD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts is possible as commission earnings are uncapped. We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range.
