Bakery Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Team Member to join our team at Bellevie Cafe / Bakery and Eatery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
- Accurate.
- Excellent oral communication.
- Team player.
