Collabera, a leading IT staffing firm, is seeking a highly skilled Solution Test Engineer to bridge the gap between platform and feature development through end-to-end solutions architecture integration and validation testing.

About the Role

This challenging position involves testing and validating innovative cloud solutions, delivering implementation guidance to internal and external customers. With significant impact on major service providers, you will play a key role in deploying cloud services with minimal risk to their business.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication skills, and experience in team leadership. Additionally, they should possess expertise in networking technologies, including Cisco Data Center Networking and Storage solutions, as well as test software and equipment automation using Tcl/Tk, Expect, ATS/EASY, and OO Programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate with responsibility, accountability, and ownership for delivering solutions and redirecting teams when needed.
  • Partner closely with managers, architects, and solution owners to make technical and solution-related decisions.
  • Analyze and diagnose complex networking problems and provide recommendations.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive master test plans, driving toward successful execution and delivery phases.
  • Oversee the production of Cisco Validated Designs and other collateral for customer consumption.
  • Present technical value to internal and external attendees through training sessions, EBCs, and demos.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing feedback and support for job effectiveness and work quality.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
