Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Humaira Shahzad. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and socialization.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and handling heavy loads.
Work Environment

Our Home Support Workers work in a non-smoking environment, providing a safe and healthy space for clients.
