Vitrerie SB et Associés seeks a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating vehicles to pick up and deliver various items and products.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, fast-paced environment handling, and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's licence and be physically fit to handle heavy loads.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver goods
- Keep a record of items received and delivered
- Load and unload goods
- Follow directions and read maps
- Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems
- Pick up and receive payments for goods
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Resolve itinerary and other problems
- Ship orders
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
- Valid driver's license
- Steel-toed safety boots
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Reliability and punctuality
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits including dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
