About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a sales associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging customer experience by offering assistance, providing product knowledge, and suggesting solutions that meet their needs. You'll also be expected to maintain a high level of productivity, efficiently process transactions, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Critical Customer Experience

    • Greet every customer with a smile and offer assistance, focusing on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and promotions to effectively communicate value and build brand loyalty.

    • Prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences and always place our customers first, soliciting feedback and sharing business opportunities with management.

  • Efficient Operations

    • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with our brand standards.

    • Maintain organized backstock and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.

    • Monitor potential theft and report concerns to management.

  • Affable Colleagues

    • Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating colleagues professionally, courteously, and respectfully.

    • Foster a culture of inclusion and partnership, celebrating individuality and seeking feedback for continuous self-development.

    • Embrace innovation and change, collaborating to achieve brand goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

  • A high school graduate or equivalent is preferred.

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overnight shifts is required.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $30,000-$40,000 CAD, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
