Job Title: Long Distance Truck Driver

Natt Enterprises Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled long distance truck driver to join our team. This role involves driving as part of a two-person team or convoy, transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading Goods: Safely load and unload goods from trucks, adhering to company protocols and ensuring minimal damage.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of vehicles, checking tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Emergency Repairs: Perform emergency roadside repairs and ensure that vehicles are in good working condition at all times.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections before embarking on journeys and post-trip inspections upon returning to base.
Requirements:
  • A valid Class 1 or A Driver's License is mandatory for this position.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo regular driver's validity licence checks.
  • Applicants should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess good judgement and be able to make quick decisions during emergency situations.
  • Natt Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary of $**60,000 - $80,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 50-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • The job requires occasional cross-border travel.
