About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Operations Supervisor to join our team at VA Transport Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve daily goals and objectives.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members in duties and policies.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
