About the Role

We are seeking an administrative support coordinator to join our team at Ontario Truck & Forklift Driving School Inc. This is a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely attendance by all parties involved.
  • Manage contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and updating as necessary.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly, as well as 35 hours of work per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
