Thales is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Report Developer to join our team in Ottawa, Canada. As a key member of our Defence & Security division, you will play a critical role in supporting the Canadian Army's Land Command, Control, Communications & Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (LC4ISR) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance management systems using Microsoft PowerBI
Design and develop analytics tools to support business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
Provide data visualization and reporting to support business operations
Ensure data quality and integrity in all reporting and analytics efforts
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in enterprise report development and SQL solutions
Excellent communication and analytical skills
A degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent
Ability to obtain a NATO Secret security clearance
