Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 1332075 BC LTD. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members
  • Coordinating marketing plans and implementing strategies to increase sales
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Supervising a team of 16-20 people and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Negotiating with suppliers and clients to secure the best possible deals
  • Participating in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
Requirements:

To be successful as an Assistant Manager, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
