We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Access Storage. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of $36,920 per year, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through bonuses.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, presenting lease agreements, and collecting rental payments. You will also be expected to maintain the property's appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Work Environment

This is a day shift, Monday to Friday position with weekend availability required. Our company has procedures in place to ensure the safety of our Team, Clients, and Visitors, including enhanced cleaning protocols, safety signage, and options for contact-free interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Driver's license and daily access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Microsoft Office skills (1 year preferred)
  • Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
