Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Leigh Ann Pitre. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Job Summary:

This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field. You will work in a rural area, providing care and support to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and personal hygiene
  • Administer medications as prescribed
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as feeding and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a rural area
  • English language proficiency
