Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that all front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including managing cash, handling guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist with training and development of front desk staff, including providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
