Job Title: Building Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to join our team at Innovative Facility Care Inc.

Job Summary:

The Building Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shopping centre, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a secure environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Shopping centre or mall.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods.
