Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at CONSTRUCTONIX BUILDERS INC.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes allocating resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure projects are completed to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
