Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.

Job Description

The Fabrication Specialist will play a crucial role in our installation process, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing exterior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail
  • Providing professionalism in customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly
  • Determining layout and installation procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency
  • Measuring and marking guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate placement
  • Preparing and maintaining work materials and supplies, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment, promoting efficient logistics
  • Utilizing hand and power tools effectively, following manufacturer guidelines and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement
  • A maximum of 6 months of relevant experience in the field, with a strong potential for growth and development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues and clients
  • Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to handle heavy loads, promoting physical well-being and workplace safety
