Job Title: Office Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Canada Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- or equivalent experience
Work Environment:
- Urban area
- Office
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- MS Outlook
- MS Windows
- MS Word
