About the Role

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled Crop Science Lead - Customer Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our Crop Science division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Provide expert agronomic advice and support to customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key growers and customers to drive market share and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Bayer remains a leader in the market
Requirements
  • BSc in Agriculture or related discipline with a minimum 2 years of experience
  • Excellent understanding of local crop production, agronomy, and Bayer portfolio for seed, crop protection, and digital
  • Strong interpersonal, team, and communication skills to maximize results with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively supervise and coach summer students
  • Valid provincial driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles safely
