Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at City South Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food meets quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
