Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Regional Manager. This leadership role will involve overseeing healthcare operations in the London ON-area and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive employer-paid extended health benefits, including health, drugs, vision, and dental coverage. Other perks include STD and LTD coverage, life insurance, employer-matched pension contributions, an employee referral bonus program, flexible scheduling, and a friendly work environment.

As a Regional Manager, you will play a vital leadership role within both regional and company-wide healthcare teams. You will be responsible for all aspects of Rehab First's healthcare operations in your region, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possession of an OT registration in COTO
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to develop and set strategic direction and goals
  • Business acumen to achieve strong financial results
