Job Description

Rochester Hatchery is seeking a skilled and dedicated Hatchery Worker to join our team. As a key member of our hatching process, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our poultry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with no prior degree, certificate, or diploma requirement. However, we do offer on-the-job training for those who need it.

Work Site Environment

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and wet/damp conditions. You will also be required to work at other poultry farms as part of your job.

Transportation/Travel Information

You should have your own transportation to commute to work sites.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you may be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

Please note that this position requires standing for long periods, having hand-eye coordination, and being able to distinguish between colors.
