Occupational Therapist

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and psycho-social recovery of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients' physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting, utilizing assessments such as job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, cognitive abilities evaluations, ergonomic, attendant care, and pre-employment assessments.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred).
- Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs.
- Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and FCE Trained.
- Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long term disability, and WCB referrals is an asset.
- Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation is a strong asset.
