Job Description:

Canada Corporation is seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, coordinating seminars, and managing office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and seminars.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Handle telephone and electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Arrange travel and make reservations.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Maintain and manage digital database.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Windows.
